Tools & Materials Needed:

- Parts Kit

- Receiver

- Ejector Block with Pins

- Hammer

- Rubber Mallet

- Punch

- Sharp File

- Good Vise / Holding Fixture

- Cutting Oil

- 1/8 " Drill

- #30 Drill

- 3.5mm Reamer

- #3 Center Drill

(Optional for Chamfer on Ejector Pins)

- Clamp

- 3/32 " Endmill (Optional)

- Dremel Tool, Flap Grinder, or

Wheel Grinder to Dress Pins

Make sure the Ejector Block is flush with the rails Check Magazine for fit
Clamp to hold position (tooling laid out) Starting with the Screw Hole (use the cutting oil)
Install Screw (optional, endmill to align holes for drilling) Drill holes for pins (use cutting oil)
